Total Time: 40 minutes

Preheat Oven to 300F.

Mix Cocoa powder, Fructose, Oatmeal, Peanut butter, and Protein powder in a large bowl. Mix well with a fork until peanut butter is evenly distributed throughout mixture.

Add water slowly until mixture become moist and sticky, but not runny. You may need slightly more or less water.

Press mixture evenly into 8x8 non stick baking pan.

At this point you have a few options:

Option #1: For very sticky but fun bars, simply refrigerate until they get solid.

Option #2: Place in over for 7-10 minutes. This still leaves them slightly sticky.

Option #3: Place in oven for 15-25 minutes until solid. These will have the consistency of dry brownies and will no longer be sticky. Then refrigerate until solid. Make 3 evenly spaced cuts in one direction and 2 even cuts in the other to make 12 equal bars.
