Preheat oven to 350.

TO MAKE CASSEROLE:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Chop onion, mince garlic.

Remove casings from the turkey sausage or use bulk. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine cooked pasta, sausage mixture, and fresh chopped basil. Place half of the pasta mixture in a 4-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Top with half of mozzarella and half of Parmesan. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

TO MAKE GARLIC BREAD:
Place bread on a baking sheet. Spray the bread with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle garlic powder on each slice of bread. Put it in the oven under the broiler to toast. Watch carefully. Remove when toasted to your liking.

TO MAKE SALAD:
Wash and tear lettuce, peel and slice cucumbers, add to a bowl and toss with dressing. Enjoy casserole with salad and garlic bread!
