Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line pan with aluminum foil. Put half of salsa on bottom of pan. Coat chicken in taco seasoning until thoroughly coated. Place chicken in pan on top of salsa. Place the rest of the salsa over the chicken.
Fold up edges of foil to make a packet, so it is all covered. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Take out of oven, open foil packet, sprinkle cheese and jalepenos on top. Put back in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
