In Crock pot add olive oil, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Turn on high.

Dice peppers and onions. In a large skillet cook peppers and onions diced with ground chicken, chili powder , cumin, salt and black pepper. Cook until chicken is white.

Add skillet mix to crock pot. put lid on and cook for two hours on high.

Rinse and drain kidney beans, add to pot and cook another half hour.

If you cook in crock pot all day, put on low setting. About 30 minutes before eating, add beans and let cook half hour.
