Chop lettuce and put on plate.

Season chicken breast with garlic powder and paprika to taste. Grill chicken.

Mix oil, vinegar and salsa in a small bowl.

Chop tomato. Arrange beans, corn, cheeses, and tomatoes around plate on lettuce bed. Slice chicken breast and place in middle of plate on lettuce bed. Serve with salsa dressing.

Slice berries and kiwi. Mix and serve as mixed fruit for dessert.
