Slice apple as thinly as possible. Lightly spray tortilla with butter spray and place on heated skillet or griddle. Sprinkle cheese and an even layer of apple slices over half the tortilla, and fold the tortilla in half over the apples. Cook until tortilla is golden. Flip and cook other side of tortilla until cheese has melted. Enjoy! May also be prepared on a cookie sheet under the oven broiler for open-faced.
