Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Prepare lasagna noodles per package directions. Drain and set aside.

Brown hamburger, draining any fat. Combine egg, egg white, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Coat a 9 by 13 baking pan with non-stick spray. Spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce in the bottom of the pan, covering the pan with half of the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle evenly with hamburger. Top with 1/2 of remaining pasta sauce, another layer of the remaining lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce. Top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.

Slice lasagna into equal 12 pieces by making two even cuts lengthwise, and 3 even cuts crosswise.

Serve with salad and dressing.
