Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place tortilla in skillet.

Put half of cheese on the tortilla and heat until melted.

Place Canadian bacon and turkey on top of the melted cheese. Cover with the rest of the cheese and second tortilla. When the bottom tortilla is crispy, flip and crisp the other side and you are done!

Serve peaches on the side.
