Preheat oven to 350 F.

Prepare macaroni per package directions, making sure that it is al-dente.

Cube chicken and cook in a medium saucepan until juices run clear.

Cube cheese. Combine cheese, chicken, soup, and macaroni in large casserole, mix well.

Cover with lid or tin foil and bake covered 35-45 Minutes.

Remove cover, bake 10 minutes more.

While baking, season green beans with butter and onion powder and heat to your liking, serve as side dish.
