Cut tenderloin into thin strips. Slice mushrooms and onion. MInce garlic.

In a large zip-top bag, combine the flour and salt and pepper. Add tenderloin and shake to coat.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add coated tenderloin strips to skillet and cook until browned. Add mushroom, garlic, and onion and cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are tender. Add beef broth and cook until the broth is thickened a bit.

Meanwhile cook egg noodles per package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat green beans.

Just before serving, add sour cream to the beef mixture and stir until well blended. Heat until warmed.

Serve beef over egg noodles with green beans on the side.
