Hard boil all eggs.

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Discard half of the yolks.

Mix mayo, mustard, ricotta, and yogurt together with the remaining yolks. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste and garnish.

Fill the halved egg whites with the yolk mixture.
