Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet and brown pork chops. Place pork chops in a baking dish.

Thinly slice red potatoes and spread on top of pork chops.

Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and dill weed. Pour over potatoes.

Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 &1/2 hours or until pork chops are tender.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted.

Serve with salad and salad dressing.
