Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Place chops in the crock pot.

In a bowl, mix together the catsup, cream of chicken soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Slice onion and mix in the sauce.

Pour sauce over the pork chops and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

When the chops have about 1 hour remaining, cut red potatoes and boil. When tender, mash potatoes, adding sour cream when mashing.

Heat peas per package directions. Serve mashed potatoes and pork chops with sauce on top and peas and peaches on the side.
