Start with cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp.

Chop onion. Mince garlic.

In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender. Add shrimp; cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Stir in the broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Plate salad greens and tomatoes and top with shrimp mixture. Serve with peaches on the side.
