Dice avocado, tomato and cucumber.

In a medium pan, saute the cod in ghee until done, a few minutes per side.

Cool cod and flake. Place in a bowl with diced veggies, and toss with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, peel orange and slice strawberries. Toss together.

Fill lettuce leaves with cod salad and fold into a wrap. Enjoy with fruit salad on side.
