In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients besides pork.

Place pork shoulder in slow cooker and pour sauce over the top.

Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours or until pork shreds easily with a fork.

In the slow cooker, shred pork with two forks or an electric beater to break pork apart. Pork will absorb any extra liquid in the slow cooker once shredded.

Your choice: boil sweet pototoes and mash, or dice into 1" chunks and roast them for approx. 20 minutes.

Serve over mashed or roasted sweet potato.
