Heat a large skillet or work over medium heat. Add olive oil to pan.

Thinly slice sirloin steak and set aside.

Stir-fry spinach in olive oil 2-3 minutes until wilted. Set aside.

Add sesame oil to pan. Saute sliced onions, finely chopped ginger and crushed garlic over medium heat until cooked through and tender.

Add beef to pan and stir-fry together with onion until meat is cooked through.

Combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds and add to beef. Toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve teriyaki beef over spinach immediately. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
