Mince onions and chop potato into 1/2 inch pieces. Set aside.

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add meat and onions to pan and brown 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Add to pan salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, curry, raisins and water. Cook for 10 minutes.

Place 2 Tablespoons of meat filling on each tortilla. Roll up like a burrito.

In a clean skillet, add enough oil to fill pan 1 inch deep and heat over medium heat.

Place samosas seem side down in oil. Deep fry in oil until lightly brown.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
