Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Finely mince 1 onion and the apple. Chop the other onion into large pieces and set aside. Quarter the potatoes and set aside as well.

Combine turkey, finely minced onion, apple, egg, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, almond meal, parsley, and Italian seasoning together in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Shape turkey mixture into 4 sized meatloaves and place on a baking sheet.

Toss quartered potatoes, baby carrots, and chopped onion with olive oil and salt and pepper (to taste). Spread around the meatloaves on the sheet pan.

Baste meatloaves with additional barbecue sauce as desired.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes, stirring vegetables occasionally so they don’t burn on one side.

Remove from oven and serve with remaining barbecue sauce on the side.
