In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 chopped onion, turmeric, cumin, coriander, clove, salt, paprika, pepper, curry, and 1 cup yogurt together.

Add chicken thighs and stir to coat chicken.

Refrigerate at least a couple of hours (overnight is best).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken to pan and fry till thoroughly cooked through and chicken has a nice, crunchy outside.

Remove from pan and dice into 1-inch chunks. (You may need to return some of the chicken to the pan to finish cooking through after dicing. Just depends on how thick the thighs are)

While chicken is cooking, combine minced garlic, remaining 1 cup yogurt, mayonnaise, ranch, horseradish, vinegar, garlic powder, and dill together in a small mixing bowl and refrigerate while chicken continues to cook.

Stir harissa and water together to thin out and set aside. This will be drizzled over the top of your bowl once ready to serve.

Chop cucumber, tomatoes, remaining 1 onion, and iceberg lettuce. Set aside.

Rice cauliflower in a food processor and steam for 5 minutes or until tender. (You could also use frozen riced cauliflower)

To assemble, serve chicken on top of cauliflower rice Drizzle white and red sauce over the top and add cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and onions as desired. Enjoy!
