Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, salt, pepper, and dill together by hand.

Roll into 2 inch diameter balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until no longer pink in middle. Set aside.

While meatballs are baking, heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced onions and minced garlic to oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly brown.

Add arrowroot starch to onion mixture and whisk together.

Add broth and whisk briskly until bubbly and sauce has slightly thickened.

Add yogurt, pepper, dill, and salt to sauce and stir to combine.

Add meatballs to sauce and stir to coat. Sprinkle with additional dill as desired.
