Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mince onions and shred both the sweet potato and cauliflower into tiny pieces (the finer the pieces, the better)

In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, minced onions, sweet potato, cauliflower, cassava flour, eggs, and 2/3 cup tomato sauce with hands until well combined.

Form a loaf shape with meat mixture and place in a greased roasting pan.

Combine 2/3 cup tomato sauce, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning together and baste the top of the meatloaf with it. Either baste again half way through baking, or cook sauce on top of the stove for a few minutes and pour sauce over the top once serving.

Bake meatloaf in oven for 45 minutes or until no longer pink in middle.
