1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

2. Season ground turkey with salt and pepper. Cook the turkey, fresh tomatoes and roughly chopped bell peppers thoroughly over medium high in a deep wok or skillet, breaking up the tomatoes as they cook and soften. Do not drain.

3. Add the canned tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Season with the Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook until heated thoroughly.

4. Garnish with mozzarella cheese or cheese substitute and serve directly out of the wok.
