Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and baste with the almond sauce. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Shred cabbage. Dice apples, cucumber, and onions. Mince cilantro.

In a mixing bowl, mix red cabbage, apples, cucumber, cilantro, and onions together.

Stir in mayonnaise and chili sauce into cabbage mixture. Refrigerate slaw until chicken is done.

Once chicken is cooked, dice breasts into small pieces.

Lay chicken in a tortilla, top with more almond sauce and the slaw. You could also add more cilantro. Serve immediately.
