Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a small mixing bowl, stir honey, coconut sugar, garlic, lemon juice, chili sauce, and the coconut aminos together.

Place turkey thighs on a sheet pan and pour 1/2 the sauce over the top. Let sit and marinate as you prepare the vegetables.

Chop sweet potato, onion, and red potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Place chopped veggies and carrots in a large mixing bowl. Pour olive oil over the top and toss.

Place vegetables alongside turkey thighs. Pour additional sauce over vegetables and top with lemon slices.

Bake in oven 30-40 minutes or until turkey thighs are cooked through. Baste with additional sauce as desired.
Note for red hot chili pepper sauce: ensure no added sugar
