Slice green onion and mushrooms.

Use precooked chicken breast strips and chop into bite sized pieces. Lightly spray skillet with cooking oil and heat chicken, green onion and mushrooms until chicken is hot and veggies are tender.

Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add a tortilla.

Top with cheese, chicken mixture and remaining tortilla.

Cook until tortilla is lightly browned. Flip quesadilla and cook until other side is lightly browned. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Eat orange on the side.
