Wash and pat chicken dry. Season with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and salt (to taste) .

Grill (a Foreman grill makes it quick) or saute in non-stick pan coated with non-stick spray. Cut into strips or small chunks.

Coarse chop the lettuce. Place in a bowl. Add oil, dressing and cheese, and toss. Add chicken to lettuce. Toss to mix.

Place salad into tortilla and roll up. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
